These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and website provided by Authorva Private Limited ("Authorva", "we", "us", or "our"), including Authorva Browser, AI Publishing Suite, Content Intelligence API, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Services Description

4.1 Authorva Browser

Authorva Browser is an AI-powered web browser with built-in ad blocking, privacy features, and cross-platform synchronization. The browser is provided "as is" and its features may change over time as we continue development.

4.2 AI Publishing Suite

Our AI Publishing Suite provides tools for manuscript creation, editing, cover design, formatting, and distribution. Content you create using these tools remains your intellectual property, subject to Section 6 below.

4.3 Content Intelligence API

The Content Intelligence API provides programmatic access to content analysis, genre classification, and recommendation features. API usage is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in the API documentation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as scraping, data mining, or using bots (except through our official API with proper authorization)
• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Authorva Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our explicit written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

7. Payment and Billing

Some Services may require payment. By subscribing to paid Services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHORVA PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Authorva Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification)

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
